1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing luxebuystore@gmail.com. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return/refund if:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- The item delivered was incorrect
- There’s a genuine quality issue
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, email us within 7 days of receiving the item. Attach photos and your order ID. Return requests are reviewed and approved within 2–3 working days.
4. Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Items on sale or clearance
- Used or worn items
- Items without original packaging/tags
